Food was excellent. We were a party of 40 and the food was piping hot and delicious. A great choice.

We had a small breakfast here last week and it was really tasty. Lovely view of the mariner and clean and quiet inside the restaurant. Staff were lovely, helpful and polite but sadly the coffee was the absolute worst I have had in a long time. Hence 4 stars instead of 5. We were given a nice glass of iced water which was great.

I spent a few days here for business with a colleague in a large loft room. For the price it was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well presented. The almost 360 degree view was top notch. Highly recommend, will stay here again if in the area.
Had a really good chicken Sunday lunch. Large and hot. Extra gravy if you need it as well.
The rooms were so clean and the view over the marina and out to sea was lovely; we booked a room with a balcony. The staff were kind, the evening waiter and waitress were very friendly. The evening meals were outstanding! The chef was so kind and adapted to my need for gluten and dairy free food; he went over and above to make my meals really special! We ate there both nights just because of his amazing cooking! I would love to see him create specials on a board next time we come! Thankyou!!
Stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy. Very good shower and a good size bathroom. Free parking outside of the boathouse. The staff are fantastic Very helpful and very good at customer service. We had dinner there one evening and was very impressed by the room. Breakfast is also very good, continental is included in the room price and a full English is £8 which again was very good. The views are very good from the restaurant and bar. This is a great place to base yourself if you're looking to explore the new forest.
